Doon International School, Srinagar generated a unique competitive spirit with their versatile presence while winning 31 consecutive medals in OPEN KASHMIR TAEKWANDO CUP 2020 held at Polo View Indoor Stadium between 13th-15th December’2020. It was indeed a proud moment for the school to contribute stellar performances among 400 players who participated from across Kashmir. 5 students bagged gold medals, 10 bagged silver medals and 16 bagged bronze medals. The chairman of Doon International School, Srinagar Mr. Showkat Hussain Khan wholeheartedly congratulated the participants and the winners while he also lauded the effort put in by Mr. Umer Akbar, the Doon International School Srinagar coach for his untiring efforts that enabled the school to became a part of the glory.
