Doon School Srinagar recently hosted its annual Inter- School Art League Competition , a vibrant showcase of creativity and artistic excellence. The event brought together talented students from across the valley to compete across five diverse categories: Exhibition and Presentation, Composition, Calligraphy, Drawing and Sketching, and Painting. The occasion was graced by an esteemed panel of judges, including Dr. Habibullah Shah, Principal of the Institute of Music and Fine Arts; Mr. Aftab Dhar, former Head of the Department at the Institute of Music and Fine Arts; and Ms. Nasreen Mohsin, an award-winning visual artist and former HOD at Apeejay School, Noida, all of whom provided expert evaluation and encouragement to the participants.
Following an intense period of artistic production, the judges praised the high standard of work before presiding over the prize distribution ceremony to honor the winners. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks and a commemorative group photograph, marking a successful celebration of the arts and the school's ongoing commitment to fostering student talent.
